seals.deals is a sales CRM. We take the data you trust us with seriously and collect only what we need to run the product. This page explains what we hold, why, and your choices. We’re in early access, so we may refine this — material changes will be announced in-product.
What we collect
Account data — your name, work email and workspace name when you sign up. Your CRM data — the contacts, companies, deals, notes and activities you choose to add. Operational data — basic logs needed to keep the service secure and reliable.
How we use it
To provide and secure the product, to support you, and to improve how seals.deals works. We do not sell your data, and we do not use the contents of your CRM for advertising.
Where it lives
Your workspace is isolated from every other customer with row-level security at the database layer, so one account can never read another’s data. Data is encrypted in transit. We rely on a small set of trusted infrastructure providers (cloud hosting and a managed Postgres database) to operate the service.
Your choices
You can access and edit your data anytime inside the app, export it, or ask us to delete your workspace entirely. Reach us at hello@seals.deals and we’ll help.
