By creating a seals.deals workspace you agree to these terms. They’re intentionally short and written in plain language. seals.deals is in early access, so the product and these terms will evolve.
The service
seals.deals provides a hosted CRM. During early access it’s offered free and “as is”: features may change, and there may be occasional downtime as we improve things. We’ll always do our best to keep your data safe and the service running.
Your account & your data
You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for the data you put into your workspace. Your data is yours — you can export or delete it at any time. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy policy.
Acceptable use
Don’t use seals.deals to break the law, send spam, infringe others’ rights, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, seals.deals is provided without warranties and our liability is limited. We’re a small team building in the open and will treat you fairly — but the service comes with no guarantees during early access.
